Wyndwood at Lake Highland is conviently located near schools, churches, and shopping. We are about 5 miles from the center of Lakeland and just a short drive to the unique
new Lakeside Shopping Village.
The Wyndwood at Lake Highland Homeowners Association is a non-stock corporation whose members are the owners of 128 residential townhomes located in the sunny city of Lakeland, Florida.
Our complex is a gated community made up of 29 buildings. We have a beautiful swimming pool with a changing facility/bathhouse. Property management for Wyndwood is performed by Sentry Management, Inc.
Update on Landscaping
From your President:
The dead plants and dead sod has been going on since we had Floralawn. We fired Floralawn the end of Oct. 2011. When Best Lawn took over the landscaping and irrigation they stated at the meeting when Pat attended our HOA meeting, that they would get everything corrected and that it would probably take about 2 months. As you know this was NEVER done. Now our new landscapers, Proscape, have started working on our grounds. The irrigation fix will start next Monday. We cannot plant anything until we know the sprinklers are operating properly. When this is completed and the grass is taken care of then we are going to replace every owner's dead bushes and sod.

Trash Pickup Schedule
A reminder to place your trash on the side of the road in the provided containers the night before pickup. Regular household solid waste collection is provided once per week on Friday except on certain holidays. If you have questions regarding your trash pickup, call 863-834-8773. You can check the holiday pickup schedule by clicking on the "Trash Pickup Info" link on the right.
